2. About Us
This Site is operated by Ebabra, a real estate agency/agent operating in New Zealand, licensed under the Real Estate Agents Act 2008 where applicable. Ebabra is bound by the Real Estate Agents Act (Professional Conduct and Client Care) Rules 2012 and the requirements of the Real Estate Authority (REA).
3. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Site by, anyone else. You must provide accurate and current information when completing any form on the Site.

Register interest as a prospective buyer or vendor
Request a property appraisal
Register for an open home
Book a demo or consultation with our team
Submitting a form does not create any binding agreement between you and Ebabra for the sale, purchase, listing or management of any property. Any such agreement will only arise through a separate, signed agency or client agreement.
5. Property Appraisals Are Not Valuations
Any appraisal provided through this Site is prepared by a real estate professional based on the property details provided and relevant market information available at the time. An appraisal is not a formal valuation.
In line with Real Estate Authority (REA) guidance, appraisals are realistic estimates supported by comparable market information, not a certified assessment of market value. If you require a formal valuation for legal, financial, insurance or lending purposes, you should engage a registered valuer.
6. AI Assistant
Our AI Assistant may communicate with you by chat or SMS to help collect information about your enquiry before a member of our team follows up. The AI Assistant:
Does not provide real estate, legal, financial or investment advice
Does not make binding representations about price, value or the outcome of any sale or purchase
Will hand your conversation over to a human team member when appropriate
Any information you provide to the AI Assistant is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. No Guarantee of Outcome
While we aim to respond promptly and follow up on every enquiry, we do not guarantee that any property will sell within a particular timeframe or for a particular price, or that any buyer enquiry will result in a successful purchase.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos and software, is owned by or licensed to Ebabra and is protected by New Zealand and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.
9. Third-Party Links and Services
Our Site may link to, or rely on, third-party services (such as calendar booking, payment or communication tools). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of third-party websites or services.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ebabra is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site, reliance on any appraisal or communication, or any delay or failure in SMS/email delivery. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 that cannot lawfully be excluded.
